Terms of use

AnyBacklink helps website owners find others working in related subjects and contact them. It is a discovery and messaging tool, nothing more.

We are not a party to anything you agree with another member. We do not broker, review, approve or guarantee any arrangement, and we take no commission from one. What you agree, whether either side follows through, and the consequences of that are entirely between the two of you.

You can sign in with Google, with GitHub, or with a one-time link sent to your email address, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your sign-in secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

Only list domains you own or are authorised to act for. You confirm this by uploading a file we give you to that domain, or by adding a DNS record we give you. Listing a site you do not control is grounds for removal without notice.

You are responsible for your description and keywords being accurate. Keywords chosen to appear in searches your site has nothing to do with will be removed.

Do not scrape, copy or republish the member directory, in whole or in part. Do not use contact made here to send unsolicited bulk messages. Do not list sites containing illegal material, and do not misrepresent who you are.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm other members.

Search engines have their own rules about links, and those rules change. Deciding whether a particular arrangement is appropriate for your site is your responsibility, not ours. We give no advice on that and accept no liability for the consequences of any arrangement you enter into.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing anything you are paying for.

You can close your account whenever you like and your listings go with it. We may close an account that breaches these terms. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
